OK. I hate ce and hek... i hate it. bassiclly, my computer is fine, my halo CE doesn't work, not that it matters much. I installed Hek, and guerilla works just fine, i don't care about tool.exe.. but Sapien is all i wanted. i've heard of this problem before so i know someone must have an answer. But...
