Whereabouts these parts might I find something like that?

Sound clipping

Whenever I fire a weapon, occasionally the firing sound will clip, or not be there at all. I installed the latest drivers, no luck. I turned off hardware acceleration, that made it worse. I reduced sound variety and quality, nothing. Does anyone else have this problem, and how do you fix it? It's dr...

Modding Idea

Is there a way -using hex editing and whatnot- to possibly add a music cue whenever, say, a HUD message appears? For example, when the opposing team picks up your flag, a tune plays. Has this been done?
