Spawning Weapons

Im new to modding, im using SparkEdit and i would like to know how you get tons of weapons to spawn in a certain area. For instance the destination of my teleporter pair.
Please Help. Thanks.

Teleporter Pair

Im new to modding and i have a quesion. With SparkEdit, i inserted a teleporter pair. And i can move it in all directions horizontal but i cant figure out how to move it up and down.
Please Help.
