hey im making an elite mod and I changed the cyborg/fp model, didnt change the amount of verticies or indicies, and it goes in hmt fine. im confussed...

you need to go into hmt and export the model as an obj format. then in ms3d go to file>import>wavefront .OBJ and find that file. then export it as an obj and inject it back into hmt.

texure request

im working on a mod and was wondering if anyone could make me a dds for an elite? i dont have photoshop and this should be pretty quick.

take the maroon texure from bitmaps\characters\elite\bitmaps\cubemaps and chage it from that maroon color to a red color, just by changing rgb values

figures, the only program that i screw up is the one that works with hmt... well i did get gmax to work but i have to sit there for about 5 minutes copying and pasting to export the model. when i dled milkshape, i had my clock ahead and whenever i changed it, it expired... is there a way to HaXx0r.....

importing models done on 3ds max 6 and 7

Hey im having a problem with injecting my own models into HMT 3.5 after ive imported and exported them from 3ds max 6 and 7. heres what i do... I export the model from hmt and save it as pistol.obj I import the model on 3ds max 6 (or 7) i dont edit anything, just directally export the model and ssav...
