reinstall windows again, if all the other things dont work. and i dont trust norton, get mcaffe or mcafee frogt naame :o anyways, just try my idea if the others dont work. i think you have to "BUY" mcafee though, or i could give it to you for free, just sne dme a message and ill think of it.

ummm... my first guess is use mcafee, you said it might be a virus, so use mcaffe and it will catch the little bugger. if that doesnt work, then dum dum dum..... reinstall windows on your computer, sure you will lose ALLLLLLL of your date, but u just have to start over, it will do the trick though
