I have 3ds max 6 and im just learning how to use it. im just doing little projects that i find on the web, but i think i may be missing files. In the matlibs folder i only have 2 files, well they arent even files. They are Aec templates and nature. Now i dont know much about the different file types...

Does anyone know if you can download that mc skin that was used for zanzibar and apply it to halo pc and all the other maps on halo ce?

Well i have tried using these tools before, and they didnt work for some reason. I was probably doing something wrong, but i couldnt figure it out.

i dont know if this is the right area to post this in, but w/e. Is there a way to apply the character skins for the mc that are found in zanzibar and the engine room, for all the other maps?

Ok well i figured out how to put snow in but when i do put it in it goes over the dirt trails and things. How do fix that?

I would i just leave the ground white and add some brown and black texturing, or is there a certain way to make a snow level that i dont know of. Ok i get what your saying. But if i make the map at 512X512, when i go to place it in the box that will be that map, can i just make the box bigger to make the map bigger? would that work?

In like Paint Shop Pro 8 or PhotoShop whatever kind of program you use do you always have to use a 512X512 image or can you use a different size image, because i tryed and when i went into 3ds max i made the lvl bigger sense i made the ground bigger in paint shop pro 8 but when i added the material ...

I have read alot of topics on different site forums about that people need to stop playing the leaked version of zanzibar for the final version to come out.
