well first u have to download the .DDS plugin. google it. then open up HMT and go to bitmaps and find the thing u wana skin. then save it and open in photoshop CS. paint it and stuff then save it as DXT1 (1 alpha) and then inject it into the bitmaps part where u first saved it. and then play and u h...

I think this is my best skin so far!

uhh u just copy the texture for the pistol, off HMT, and then skin it in PhotoShop, then just inject the texture back in and...PRESTO...u have a skinned pistol.
