Hey I tried what you said, but all that happens when I try to change the initial size (MB) and Maximum Size (MB) but when I put in the okays it turns back to what it was before!!!

Help!!! I Downloaded Halo CE (Custom Edition, duh) but when I try to open it I get:
Cannot allocate required memory. Some other application has loaded where Halo needs to be located.
How do I fix this?

Okay look in the pic http://home.ripway.com/2004-8/159694/Pic.bmp (Might try to make you download but it's safe), I call it the Banshee tower (my idea, steal and I flame you to death) well I was just wondering if I should put a roof above that? or leave it open like it is... please help...
