holy **** dude, that thing is completely screwed. I basically re-made the whole thing, re-did most of your bitmaps and i'm just testing it in-game now. The problem is the chains, i had over 10,000 errors with them, I suggest a bitmap like gecko said. Also your collision geometry was useless, its bee...

that's a pretty nice looking castle theme ya got going there, i'll try and fix it now.
