yeh, lag seems to be the greatest problem for the map i agree... i guess you could say that the humans are invading the forerunners' structures and taking them for themselves... IE, the warthogs and linking highway and also the new train route, if you think that it is too clashy with the forerunners...

a train is easy to make. u can use the hanging beam from headlong as the track then use the train from terminal and turn it into active scenery. Edit: But active scenery goes in a straight line so your track cant curve so idk and the high way use a bridge or containment gate but u need to get entit...
