Every time somebody with dial-up comes into a game on HPC, I want to punch somebody. The whole game lags up for everybody.

When you have dial-up, it's common courtesy to not play online.

There's a few things that could be attributed to: Poor hardware, and excessive settings. Integrated graphics/ancient cards and slow CPU's will take a serious toll on enjoyment.
