can you lend me a hand?

hey guys, uh, being gone so long (playing halo 3), i kinda forget how to do almost everything, can you guys help me out here? all i need are a couple of tutorials on commonly used modifications, (eg: PMI'ing, injecting models, etc.) but since i kinda forget alot of ones that i didnt mention in the example, could you guys give me some links?

thanks, and please dont tell me to search, because again, i dont really remember the names of things, all i remember is a bit of PMI'ing, and very little of injecting models.
